RETURNING UNSUITABLE OR UNWANTED ITEMS
If you simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returned products for refund within 28 days, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging (also in perfect condition), tags, labels and accessories. Items returned opened, damaged, or in damaged packaging, cannot be refunded in full, a discretionary charge will be taken.
Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost to the address below.
RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Should any of our products fall below the high standards we expect, please return them within 28 days with your e-mail receipt and we will happily exchange or refund them. Please let us know which you prefer.
Exchange products under these circumstances will be delivered free of charge. Return carriage must be arranged via our customer services team, other arrangements cannot be reimbursed.

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original e-mail invoice or receipt and a note to let us know why your item is being returned. Please then send your item to the address below.
